Usage
The tubular stranding machine is employed for the stranding of copper, aluminum and steel wires and ropes. The equipment takes several wires and join them together around a common axis for wire and cable production.

Main Capability Features
1. The cable making unit adopts a large bearing to support the structure of the barrel rotated by the main engine, increasing the rotating speed, accuracy, stability and extending the service life of the machine.
2. The barrel employs a three windows structure, entirely welded with good rigidity and stability.
3. High rotating speed with excellent stability and low noise output.

Components
Fixed pay-off frame, main engine, doubling die holder, bearing lubrication system, meter counter, dragger, take-up, and drive system.
It can also be fixed with a taping device upon request.
